Time is a subject I think about a lot. It’s hard to understand time and how sometimes it feels as though time is passing so fast while other times slow. To be present and in the moment is a very important thing to learn in life. I am someone who is always wondering what is next instead of enjoying ‘ a moment in time’.
This series of prints was made from paper stencils I cut out, inked and placed them in an order I liked. I then rolled it through a large printing press. Some prints were rolled two or three times to create the different layers. The amount of time that this process takes is very surprising and tedious.
